Independent integration service · $299 pilot

Send approved UGC briefs from Slack to Arcads.

A focused integration that verifies the Slack request, validates the production fields, creates one Arcads job, tracks its run ID, and returns the result to the right conversation.

FlowPatch is not affiliated with or endorsed by Arcads or Slack. Product names identify the systems being connected.

Operational path

One request. One job. One visible outcome.

  1. 01

    Collect

A slash command or shortcut opens a structured brief for the agreed production fields.

  2. 02

    Verify

The server checks Slack’s signature and request age before parsing or acting.

  3. 03

    Generate

Validated fields create one authenticated Arcads job; duplicate requests reuse its run ID.

  4. 04

    Return

The originating Slack context receives the finished asset link or an actionable exception.

API readiness

What your team supplies

Arcads documents API credential generation under Settings → Public API. The client generates and stores its client ID and client secret, confirms the approved generation path, and pays Arcads usage directly.

Slack supplies a signing secret and OAuth bot token for an internal app. The bot receives only the scopes needed for the accepted workflow.

Verify current access in the official Arcads API guide, Arcads MCP guide, and Slack request-signing guide.

Data contract

Make every boundary visible before the build.

Slack input

Client or brand, approved script or brief, format, actor or template, requester

Arcads output

Authenticated run ID, job state, finished asset URL, or actionable failure

Control data

Slack interaction ID, idempotency key, timestamps, approval state, retry count

Never logged

Signing secret, bot token, Arcads client secret, unnecessary personal data

Pilot finish line

Acceptance, not optimism.

The integration is complete when invalid requests are rejected, missing fields consume no credits, retries create no duplicate, every accepted request exposes its Arcads run ID, and success or failure returns safely to Slack.

Free Slack–Arcads mini-audit

Describe the brief-to-asset handoff.

Share how the approved request starts, what Arcads action should run, and where the result belongs in Slack. Your private result will show a provisional flow, safety gate, and pilot boundary immediately.

No credentials. No automatic charge. Do not submit Slack signing secrets, bot tokens, Arcads credentials, scripts, or sensitive campaign data.

Buying questions

Clear answers before the scope.

Is this an official Arcads integration?

No. FlowPatch is an independent automation service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Arcads or Slack. The pilot uses access that the client is authorized to provide.

What must already exist?

You need a Slack workspace where an internal app may be installed and an Arcads account with API access, credentials, an approved generation recipe, and available credits.

Will Slack retries create duplicate videos?

The pilot includes an idempotency record based on the Slack interaction or request ID so a retry returns the existing run instead of submitting a second generation job.

Where are the generated assets delivered?

The default scope posts a result link or failure state back to the originating Slack channel or thread. Asset storage remains with the agreed platform.

What happens before payment?

The instant mini-audit and scope request are free. The first $149.50 milestone is due only after you accept a written scope with acceptance tests.
