Independent API implementation · fixed-scope pilot

Arcads API integration developer

Connect one approved business trigger to Arcads’ documented product, script, or video operations—with server-side credentials, duplicate protection, visible run IDs, and an operational handoff.

FlowPatch is not affiliated with or endorsed by Arcads. Arcads remains the client’s platform, account, credential, and credit provider.

Documented building blocks

Use the API as a production contract.

Arcads documents operations for organizing products and folders, creating or editing scripts, starting video generation, and retrieving video status or download links. The pilot selects only the operations needed for one accepted finish line.

01

Organize

Create or retrieve the product and folder identifiers that keep client work separated.

02

Create

Submit validated script text and agreed video references under the approved contract.

03

Generate

Start one video-generation path only after approvals and required fields pass.

04

Track

Retrieve state and the finished download link, with timeout and failure handling.

Confirm current access and parameters in the official Arcads API guide and external API reference.

Example pilot patterns

Start with the smallest useful production loop.

FIXED-SCOPE EXAMPLE

Slack creative request

Trigger
Approved slash-command brief
API action
Create the agreed Arcads script or generation job
Visible result
Return run status and the finished asset to Slack

FIXED-SCOPE EXAMPLE

Brief-to-video handoff

Trigger
Approved form, sheet, or project record
API action
Create or update the product, folder, and script contract
Visible result
Start one generation path and record its identifiers
FIXED-SCOPE EXAMPLE

Generation status monitor

Trigger
A stored Arcads script or job ID
API action
Poll at a safe interval with a timeout boundary
Visible result
Notify the owner when video is ready or needs intervention
FIXED-SCOPE EXAMPLE

TokPortal distribution handoff

Trigger
An owner-approved Arcads asset record
API action
Create and configure one bounded TokPortal bundle
Visible result
Hold publish behind an approval gate and track its status

Credential boundary

Your client secret never belongs in a form, channel, or log.

Arcads states that the client secret is displayed when credentials are generated and must be stored securely. FlowPatch keeps authentication server-side, logs only operational identifiers, and returns useful failures without returning credentials.

  1. 1Client generates credentials under Settings → Public API.
  2. 2Secret enters protected runtime configuration—not source code.
  3. 3Input is validated and deduplicated before a credit-consuming action.
  4. 4Logs retain request/run IDs and state, never the client secret.

Commercial boundary

Prove one API path before expanding.

The $299 pilot covers one trigger, one approved Arcads production path, the required authentication and field mapping, basic retry/duplicate protection, acceptance testing, and an operator handoff.

Describe the API workflow

Free Arcads workflow mini-audit

Describe the one API path you need.

Share the current trigger, approved production action, and destination. Your private result will show a provisional contract, safety gate, and smallest credible pilot before any payment is requested.

No credentials. No automatic charge. Do not submit Arcads client secrets, tokens, scripts, or sensitive campaign data. The automated mini-audit and written-scope request are free.

Arcads API integration FAQ

Can FlowPatch provide Arcads API credentials?

No. The client generates credentials inside its own Arcads account, stores the client secret securely, and authorizes only the accepted workflow.

Does the $299 pilot include Arcads credits?

No. The client owns the Arcads plan and pays all platform usage directly. FlowPatch does not resell credits or add a software markup.

Can the pilot generate a batch of videos?

Only when a narrow batch recipe and its credit boundary are written into the scope. The default pilot proves one approved path before expanding volume.

Can you use n8n, Make, or a custom worker?

Yes when it is the simplest maintainable fit and the client controls the required account. The scope identifies the runtime before payment.

Is this service affiliated with Arcads?

No. FlowPatch is an independent integration service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Arcads.
