Privacy notice
Plain-language privacy.
When you submit a request, FlowPatch stores the contact and workflow information you provide so we can evaluate, respond to, and deliver the requested service.
What we collect
Your name, work email, company or website, workflow description, optional tool list, consent record, service correspondence, and an optional payment-method preference such as ACH, card link, or invoice. Never submit payment credentials to the request portal. For aggregate site measurement, we also record the public page path, timestamp, referring hostname, and anonymous interaction labels such as a tool use, call-to-action click, or form start. We do not record field contents in analytics, use analytics cookies, assign persistent visitor IDs, or store IP addresses in the analytics table.
How it is used
Only to generate the disclosed automated provisional mini-audit, assess your request, understand which public pages and actions are useful, communicate scope and payment instructions, provide the service, prevent abuse, and maintain essential business records. We do not sell submitted information.
Security and retention
Private request pages are excluded from analytics. Each request receives an unguessable private link; only a cryptographic hash of its secret key is stored. Requests and aggregate events are retained only as long as needed for service and legitimate records.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion by creating a request and stating what should be changed. Avoid submitting passwords, banking credentials, health information, or other sensitive secrets.
